Firestone Complete Auto Care

Milton is the bomb. This place is the real deal. They supported an arduous and frustrating insurance situation with patience, grace, and we ultimately got the repair covered. Wouldn’t have been possible without Milton and Firestone’s professionalism and expertise.

I went in early Saturday morning for a quick tire change. Ended up getting by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in SF so far. I definitely appreciate the staff and will be returning for my next service needs.

Terrible business and employees. They scratched my pant in two diff areas when I was getting an alignment. On top of that they didn’t even do the alignment correctly. They kept stating manager would call me back to address the issue. An entire week went by and no communication. Even had to contact corporate but they are just as fraudulent. Waited 4 hours for something simple to get done. Filing with consumer protection law and taking this to small claims. Over people who don’t take responsibility for their actions.

I am super happy with the work they did on my car! Milton, the service manager went out of his way to address all my needs, he even recommended a place that can take care of my lift gate on my Yukon. I am very happy with the results, I would like to thank the whole team at San Francisco Firestone.
